At Hawaiian Products, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we encourage you to reach out so we can help.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Opened or Used Products (Customer Satisfaction)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept physical returns of products that have been opened or used, as these items cannot be resold.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 60 days. While we cannot accept the product back once opened, we will review your request and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

If there is an issue with your order — such as damage, a defect, or a fulfillment error — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hawaiian Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit or shows delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related losses.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified before fulfillment begins

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products (physical returns)

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
