Founded in 2012, we're Hawaiian Products, a heritage-driven beauty brand rooted in real family history with the Hawaiian Islands. Our story begins long before the company itself, with the generations who came before us.

This photograph captures a moment from that history. Taken in 1968 at our aunt's birthday party, it shows our grandfather and father, alongside our two aunts. A family shaped by experiences that tied us to Hawaiʻi long before Hawaiian Products existed.

During World War II, our great grandfather served in the U.S. Navy at Pearl Harbor. On the morning of the attack, our grandfather was eleven years old and watched the planes fly overhead. From that moment on,
Hawaiʻi became woven into our family's life.

Years later, that connection continued when our parents chose Oʻahu for their honeymoon in 1987. Our dad still talks about the red Ferraris. They were everywhere on Oʻahu. He couldn't figure out why until he realized they were rentals, popularized by Magnum P.I. with Tom Selleck.

That lineage is the foundation of Hawaiian Products. Not a marketing angle, but a personal truth.

Over decades of visiting the islands, we came to understand Malama ʻĀina, which means care for the land, and it provides. That philosophy shapes everything we create. We use rare botanicals grown in Hawaiian volcanic soil and source the finest natural ingredients from around the world.

Every product is crafted in small batches. We don't compromise. One of our ingredients, considered the finest source in the world because of its origin, became unavailable for over a year. We chose to wait rather than substitute. That's just how we work.
