Caramel Pineapple Banana Flambé

•1/2 cup- Pineapple
•1/2 cup- Bananas
•Glass dish

•Cut up Pineapple and Banana and place into a glass heat-safe dish.
•Drizzle desired amount of caramel on top and stir
•Lightly and carefully torch the top of your Pineapple and bananas occasionally stirring for even coverage.

Dish is still hot so careful to not touch with bare hands while enjoying.

Pineapple Salsa

•2 cups- Pineapple
•1 cup- Red tomato
•3/4 cup- Red onion
•1/3 cup- Jalapẽno
•1/4 cup- Cilantro
•1 Clove Garlic
•1 tsp- Salt
•1 tsp- Pepper
•2 tbsp- Lime Juice

•Finely chop the Pinapple, Tomatoes, Onion, Jalapẽno, and Cilantro then place into a bowl.
•Mince a clove of garlic and add that into the bowl with the other ingredients.
•Add salt and pepper into your bowl.
•Squeeze half a lime (about 2 tbsp lime juice) over your ingredients.
•Throughly mix everything together.

Best served with tortilla chips.
